Our organization is lead by a multi-disciplinary management, all with considerable experience in making technology work for your business. Organizational Units

The organization is subdivided into the following four organizational units:

This unit is headed by the Software Development Manager (SDM) and is responsible for turning clients' requirements in to scalable software systems. With a bunch of Project Managers / Team Leaders dedicatedly working on a single client's project(s) each maintains their own teams of qualified and experienced staff. The unit is responsible to provide top quality software services to our clients.

The unit is headed by a Chief Consultant and has a panel of onboard consultants from all the domains required to startup offshore business office or offshore business unit in Pakistan. The unit constantly provides insight to technologies and best practices to other unit managers. This sets an evolutionary mechanism to adapt best practices across the organization. The unit is responsible to provide top quality consulting services to our clients.

This unit is headed by a Quality Assurance Manager with an objective to strive for quality in every project / service for our clients. To provide conducive work environment, smooth network operations, consistent computing resources are some of the responsibilities besides providing software testing services for every software project / product where it acts like a third party testing.

This unit is directly headed by Director Business and Operations and always looks forward to have forging alliances with partners from all over the world. The unit conducts market studies and facilitates CEO in strategic and business decisions.

Infrastructure

We have live servers in USA to facilitate our clients' outsourcing needs. We have P4 breed computers, Mac, and state of the art intranet connected with development, test and backup server nodes. We have high speed Internet connectivity to cope with the data intensive communication with our clients. We have international US numbers to get back to our clients 24X7.
